Sales Associate (Hersheypark, Hershey's Chocolate World, Dutch Wonderland)
STARTING RATE	$7.25
AT 200 HOURS	$7.30
AT 500 HOURS	$7.35
AT 800 HOURS	$7.40
AT 1100 HOURS	$7.45
Over 1400 HOURS	Management Discretion
Commissioned Photographer (Hersheypark, Dutch Wonderland, Strasburg Railroad)
Base rate plus $0.50 Per Picture Sold once an average of 4 pictures sold per hour is met.*** Example: You worked an 8 hour shift and sold a total of 75 pictures. 8 Hours * 4 Pictures = 32 Picture Minimum. 75 > 32; 75 * $0.50 = $37.50 earned in commission during one 8 hour shift. *** Some special events and locations may have a different commission structure.
