| AT 200 HOURS | $7.30 |
| AT 500 HOURS | $7.35 |
| AT 800 HOURS | $7.40 |
| AT 1100 HOURS | $7.45 |
| Over 1400 HOURS | Management Discretion |

Base rate plus $0.50 Per Picture Sold once an average of 4 pictures sold per hour is met.*** Example: You worked an 8 hour shift and sold a total of 75 pictures. 8 Hours * 4 Pictures = 32 Picture Minimum. 75 > 32; 75 * $0.50 = $37.50 earned in commission during one 8 hour shift. *** Some special events and locations may have a different commission structure. |
